G'day Tribe!

A short update today to let you know we will be finalizing the Backerkit Survey for your shipping details and extra add-ons selected on July 1. 

We'll be locking orders and charging cards on July 1, now that 90% have completed the survey - great job! 

If you're in the final 10% - no problem! 

Please complete your shipping details and any addons here by entering your email address you used on Kickstarter.  This will allow us to send all the shipping info to our fulfillment partner so you can receive your rewards when we ship.

Keep your eyes out for our next update, where I'll be sharing the draft rulebook for backer feedback, and some artwork as we get closer to manufacturing and shipping!

Pledge Manager Surveys Are Now Sent!

I've now sent out all the Backerkit pledge manager surveys - please check your email associated with Kickstarter and fill out your survey to claim your rewards and finalize shipping. 

This will be open for 2 weeks until June 17.

For those who have not backed during the campaign or have backed at the $1 dollar pledge level, our Pre-order store is now open HERE

Backerkit Pledge Manager Opens Tomorrow

G'day Tribe!

Today we got approval for our Backerkit Pledge Manager survey to go out - woohoo!

We will begin by sending out the survey to a small handful of backers today, to check everything is perfect and works as it should. Once we get the data back, we'll then send out all surveys in 24 hours.

It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. 

You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available in 24 hours via email!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys in 2 weeks and get our final counts.

You can change shipping address at any point before we being shipping.

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://dont-let-it-die.backerkit.com.

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://dont-let-it-die.backerkit.com/faq.

Just a quick update today to let you know we're close to finishing the pledge manager, which should be open by the end of next week. 

From there, you'll be able to add your shipping address, finalize shipping details and add any extras you wish from our shop!

I'll post an update here again once we've sent out the surveys!
